At the Horse of the Year Show the title of the Blue Chip Feed Balancer Pony Newcomers Championship was taken by fifteen year old Jasmine Cain from Sandbach, Cheshire, riding Dave Cain’s eleven year old bay gelding, Tireve Midnight Express.
They beat Pippa Goddard riding Edenside Blue Eyes to first place with a double clear in a fast jump off time of 39.01 seconds. The third went to Chantelle Duggan riding Grangeview Iceman.
